Chapter 4 - The Confession
In the safety of her bedroom, Emma finally breaks her silence. She tells Robert that the flowerpot was just an excuse. Two days before the incident, Emma was playing near the restricted woods behind the neighborhood. She reveals she was hiding in the brush when she saw Diana and a man in a police uniform digging near the creek. When she tried to record a frog with her digital camera, she accidentally captured them. Diana saw her run away. The chain wasn't punishment; it was a distraction to search the house.
